Group Therapy and Personal Development

Why join a group?

Sometimes it helps to know you’re not the only one. Group therapy offers a supportive, confidential space to share experiences and explore new perspectives. You’ll have the chance to connect with others, reflect on what holds you back, and try out new ways of being — all with the guidance of a therapist.

How it works

Small groups: No more than 6 participants

Format: 6–8 weekly sessions (90 minutes each)

Focus: Personal development with a therapeutic lens — exploring script beliefs, self-doubt, and patterns that keep you stuck

Style: A mix of reflection, psychoeducation, and supportive sharing

Confidentiality: A safe, held space where everyone’s story is respected

Who it’s for

You might be a good fit if:

You’ve done some self-development work, but feel there’s still something holding you back

You’re curious about exploring yourself more deeply, but don’t feel ready for (or don’t need) individual therapy

You want to connect with others in an honest, supportive setting
