Hi, I’m Angel, and I help people connect more deeply to themselves, their loved ones, and the world around them.

If you are feeling anxious, exhausted or unseen, it doesn’t have to be like that.

The opposite of joy is not sadness, but isolation.

If you feel isolated, even in a room full of people or in your closest relationships, please reach out.

Individual Therapy

What would it feel like to say “I’m fine” and really mean it?

Many of the people I work with are high-functioning, thoughtful, even successful on the surface — yet inside, they carry quiet anxiety, self-doubt, or a sense of not belonging.

Relationship Therapy and Couples Counselling

“All happy families are alike; each unhappy family is unhappy in its own way.” ― Leo Tolstoy , Anna Karenina
There are so many stresses and strains for the modern relationship. Whether you’re struggling with conflict over parenting issues, blended families, intimacy problems, infidelity, communication, extended family pressure, financial disagreements, or something else entirely, counselling can help you grow and develop your relationship skills.

Meet Angel

I work with adults from any background, family or relationship dynamic. This includes all members of the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is inclusive and neurodiversity-affirming and my style is warm, collaborative, and creative.

I work from a private office in central Manchester: Linley House, Dickinson St, Manchester, M1 4LF.

In addition to my indoor space, I also enjoy working outside and love having sessions as we stroll. If this way of working together sounds good to you, please let me know.

Whether we work together inside or outside, I start from the perspective that we are in a relationship with our environment, and the health of that relationship impacts our well-being.
